I wasn’t sure I’d care much about the commentary, but it does make the games more enjoyable. The audio comes through clearly, and it keeps things feeling lively enough that I have to admit it adds to the experience

I mostly use Big Ten Plus just to see game times and what’s coming up next, the schedule has been right every time I’ve checked. I haven’t run into that super annoying thing where it says a game starts at one time and then you open it and it’s already halfway over or done.
It’s easy to find what I need too, even when I’m rushing before work. I was going to say it’s just fine and nothing special, but actually, that’s kind of the point, it does exactly what I need without making it a whole thing...

"Found the live games I was looking for"
I checked in hoping to find a few live games, and they were actually there without any hassle. Like basketball, soccer, tennis, random late games, the kind of stuff I usually have to search around for, it was all easy to find. No weird delays, no clicking through a bunch of nonsense, no guessing if something was live or not. Just opened it up, found what I wanted, and got into the games.

"Honestly better broadcast quality than I expected"
I was surprised by how clean the streams look, and the camera work has been solid in most games. The only thing I’ve noticed is a little hiccup here and there, but nothing major. Has anyone else had the same issue, or is it just on my end?

The blackout rules were actually clear, and I didn’t run into any surprise blackouts for my games. i kind of regret assuming it would be confusing before I looked into it

I mostly use it to watch replays, and it’s been working well for me. It’s nice being able to catch the games later when I miss them live. No major issues so far, which is a BIG plus.

I was having trouble logging into my Big Ten Plus account, so I reached out to support. It took a little while to hear back at first, but once they responded, they were actually really helpful and got the issue sorted out. Not totally perfect, but better than I expected. Solid experience overall, 4 stars from me.

"Easy app for finding stuff fast"
I was going to say it’s simple, actually, yeah, the app is just really easy to use. I can find games quickly, and the videos load fine most of the time. There’s not a lot of messing around, which I appreciate.

"Login Worked... Eventually"
I tried logging into bigtenplus.com, and after a couple of attempts, it finally let me in. The page itself loaded fine, so credit where it’s due, I guess. But even though I checked the “remember me” option, it absolutely did not remember me. Love that for me.
I also had to reset my password once, and the process was slower than I’d hoped. It wasn’t a complete disaster or anything, just one of those mildly annoying experiences where everything technically works, but not smoothly enough to avoid a few eye rolls.

I used bigtenplus.com to look for a game, and it was straightforward. The pages loaded without any issues, and I didn’t have to waste time clicking around trying to find what I wanted. Logging in was simple too, which made the whole thing easier. Overall, it worked well and got me to the game quickly

"Streams have been really steady"
I’ve used Big Ten Plus a lot this season, and the stream has been solid. Games usually load fast, and I don’t get much buffering, even on my older laptop. The picture stays clear most of the time too. I did have one small hiccup, but a quick refresh fixed it right away. I do kind of feel trapped into using it since it’s the only way to watch some of these games, but at least it’s been working well for me overall.

"Works on my phone, but not on my TV"
It works fine on my phone, but the app keeps crashing on my older TV. What’s frustrating is that it’s not really clear anywhere whether my TV is still supported or if there’s some workaround, so I’m left guessing. Annoying

The service itself works fine but the billing page was kind of confusing. I wish they showed the renewal dates and any extra charges more clearly before checkout. It’s not a bad service just a bit annoying to deal with.
